Makes pool ownership worthwhile
Having installed an OKU pool heating system in July 2025, we have increased the use of the pool to 9+ months of the year. We did the installation ourselves and it was generally straightforward; the one hiccup was quickly resolved by a video phone call to EcoOnline. One of our neighbours has a similar size pool in the same orientation: theirs is 24 degrees, ours is 30.

An extra 2 months of swimming for the kids
Bought the OKU complete pool heating system after talking to Greg about the roof space available. Super easy install with just about everything needed supplied, just needed to buy 50mm PVC pipe to connect to the existing pump. Instructions were very detailed. What a difference it has made to our pool, giving the kids an extra 2 months of swimming.

Went above and beyond
EcoOnline were excellent to deal with, and you can call them! They went above and beyond to get the equipment delivered quickly as I had a small window for the installation. The equipment itself is first class and has worked extremely well over the last year since installation. Highly recommended.

Still look as good as new after 8 years
In 2017 we purchased 29 of these solar panels, after three other various systems had failed. In 2020 we purchased a further set of 19 panels for our daughter. In the 8 years since, these panels have never given us any trouble and have worked extremely efficiently in maintaining our pool at the requested temperature of 32 degrees Celsius. They still look as good as new!

Outperformed our expectations
Installed roof top OKU system in 2022 to replace an older rubber mat and tube system. It will lift our 55,000 litre pool temp by over 3 degrees on a sunny day and our roof doesn't get full sun for the whole day. No need for expensive heat pumps. We now use an insulated pool cover at the beginning and end of the summer, when nights are cooler, extending the swimming season.

Better than our old, more expensive system
I purchased and installed the PVC Strip Solar Pool Heating System in October 2023. It has been running flawlessly since then and heating up the pool better than the old one that was more expensive. The product is great quality and response time is very fast for any questions. Highly recommend!

Swimming from October to July
We bought our panels in 2021 hoping to get a couple more comfortable months of swimming; to our surprise we were able to swim October to July while still warm and comfortable. We are located in the Sunshine Coast of Queensland so the weather is somewhat tropical. 4M x 10M concrete pool, 60,000 litres, 20 heating panels, insulation and a rolling solar cover.

Best addition to our pool
We live an hour south of Perth and have never even considered swimming in September before, but with the recently installed panels the kids were in the pool at 9am mid September. The DIY install was a breeze. Great investment, easy to follow instructions and the best support from Greg, he was replying to email at all hours.

An extra 3 months every year
I installed a 12 panel OKU Solar system supplied by EcoOnline 5 years ago. It still looks brand new. Easy to install and looks fantastic. Heats a 9 metre inground pool so I can use it an extra 3 months every year. Great price. Great advice. Well worth doing.

Replaced leaking rubber matting
I installed these panels in 2022 to replace leaking rubber solar matting. I found them very easy to install, they look a hell of a lot tidier, and they're more efficient so I saved roof space. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and support
I recently purchased the OKU Solar Pool Heating System ... If you are handy, this is a great product and I recommend purchasing from EcoOnline. I got quotes from various pool heating products (Gas, Electric, Solar, Tube, etc.) and the price was significantly higher, with more operating costs.

Solar Spa heating made simple
Bought a 4-panel system in 2012, yes that's 7 years ago... I've sat back and enjoyed a heated spa FREE. It has easily paid for itself. The panels show no sign of deterioration. Very happy ... The only downer is that winter months don't keep water temp at constant high 30's degree C. Recommend EcoOnline ... absolutely.

Free Spa Heating
The quality of the supplied parts was excellent. The kit heats the spa to 40 degrees, which is a bit too warm. Throttling the valve on the return pipe makes the thermal cut out trip a bit earlier. It takes a bit more forward planning to use the system, but I’m more than happy with this compromise when most of the time, the spa is heated for free.

Great zero running cost pool heating
Purchased a 4-panel kit for the swim spa. Easy to install. Had a minor issue which was resolved with a phone call. The swim spa usually heats to 27 - 32 degrees C with no running cost due to the solar-powered pump. Added 2 additional panels to keep the pool a bit warmer.

Excellent solar spa heater
The Vertex kit was reasonably easy to install for a competent handyman. The plumbing and wiring instructions were clear to follow. We now have a hot spa from October to April without turning the electric heater on (except in very cold or cloudy spells). This is in Melbourne and has had no problems in 4 years.

They were very simple to install
After having rubberised strip pool heating for many years and the issues that come with that, I decided to install OKU panels as an experiment. They were very simple to install, well-designed, almost bulletproof, and extremely effective even in Canberra. My only regret was that I should have done it years ago.

Best bang for buck, quality solar heating
I’ve had my OKU pool heating system for 2 seasons now, and the "bang for buck" with this system is incredible. I’m a fairly handy person and installed the whole system myself over a weekend. The quality of everything in the kit is outstanding. I’d researched the hell out of all available solar heating systems and IMHO the kits that EcoOnline supply would have to be the best on the market.

Solar spa heating system works a treat
I found the system easy to install, and it worked straight away. We had a hot spa within a couple of days, even though I installed it in Autumn. Even in winter, the spa was around 32+ degrees if we had 2 or 3 days of full sunshine. Most impressed. I have no hesitation in recommending EcoOnline to others. Bonus has been the huge reduction in power bills.

The collector panels are physically strong
The system that I purchased from EcoOnline is now up and running and has performed well from the beginning. I appreciated the technical advice from EcoOnline at the time I was working out what to purchase. The collector panels are physically strong. I was pleasantly surprised that the installation manual said that I could walk on them during installation.
